Nitinol sheets are made from nickel titanium alloy, based on ASTM F2063 product standard. Nickel 54.7~57% balance titanium. They are always used for medical or research use. Superelastic niti sheets are more elastic than normal steel at room temperature, it can be bended by human hand by strength, after release strength, it can back to a required shape. Its elongation can reach 10% or more, ultimate tensile strength > 500Mpa. Nitiol sheet can be devided into superelastic niti sheet and shape memory alloy niti sheet. Af -10~20 degree, it will show its superelastic feature at room temperature, it can be easily bend by small strength, after release strength, it will back to flat shape. When Af temperature higher than 45 degree, niti sheets will shows shape memory feature, it is soft and can be deformed at room temperature, but when reach its Af, it will back to original shape.

* Q: How long it will take to get the samples ?
A: We will send the samples within 7 days after the payment arrived. 5-7 workdays for delivery, so it will take 15 workdays
