Based on special high temperature to low temperature shape memory feature, it can be bended at low temperature, then back to original shape when temperature reach transfer temperature.

Proudction process

1. Melting : melting raw material and keep correct chemical ratio , ensure the chemical is stable when melting.

2. Hot rolling : after melting, we will do hot rolling to get rough size plate blank.

3. Cold rolling: After hot rolling, we will do cold rolling again and again to get a thinner size.

4. Settle shape : do shape settlement at a correct temperature and keep for a suitable time range.

5. Surface: do the surface treatment, acid picking, polishing and so on.
